- Locals Night! – Every Wednesday starting May 13th
- It's a wonderful tradition offering a fun, fast dinner out with the family that's easy on the pocketbook. 30% off the Bar Menu and live entertainment with Hobo Jim.
- Marketplace Warehouse, daily all summer
- In this turn-of-the-century converted cannery warehouse, find local products, including fresh seafood, homemade crafts, food products and gift items. Free space is offered on a daily basis to the first two venders who show up at the marketplace each morning. All others are welcome to occupy any one of our 22 stores on a daily, weekly or monthly basis on a commercial rental basis--first-come, first-served. Spaces vary in size from 20 x 20 to 20 x 40 and up. Some spaces contain heat, lighting, phone/fax and face the Promenade while others have just lighting. - Season Opens 5/8
- River Guide Open House at Kenai Landing on Friday, May 8th. This will give the opportunity to view the accommodation styles, see the layout of our facilities and assess the dock, boat launch and riverfront. The open house is scheduled from 4:00 – 8:00 PM.
- Mother’s Day—Special Brunch, 10:30am to 3:30pm 5/10
- Honor Mom with this time-honored Brunch tradition. Sockeyes hosts one of the finest all-you can eat buffets on the Peninsula. Brunch will include Halibut Illiamna, Blueberry stuffed french toast, blintzes, eggs benedict, roast beef, turkey, ham, assorted desserts, fresh fruit, strawberry fountain, live entertainment, and much, much more. Brunch starts at 10:30 AM and last seating will be at 3:00PM. Adults and children age 12 and over $21, children ages 5-11 $12, children under 5 FREE! Reservations are recommended. Call 907- 335-2500.

- Outdoor Boat Sale (Anything That Floats: For Sale) 5/23, 24 & 25
- Acres of new and used boats for sale. A two-day “Open Flea Market” for anything that floats. Free space for everyone with a boat to sell. Rafts, kayaks, drift boats, river boats, and saltwater cruisers. If you can get it here (legally) and guarantee it won’t be left for junk when you go—then bring it on! Buyers—this is your chance to make a deal on that boat you’ve always wanted. Perfect time to buy or sell. Time to use it, time to trade-up or trade-out.

- Giant 3 Day Flea Market 5/29, 30 & 31
- This will be the largest outdoor garage sale ever held! Bring the whole family for a weekend of Trinkets, Toys, and Treasures. Indoor or Outdoor spaces available. set-up space is $10 for the entire day. This is the time and the place to clear out your garage.
